(Bangkok) Associate Interior Designer

- Required Bachelor of Interior Design or Architecture with 1-3 years? direct experience in design or related field
- Required Ability to create / provide design detail
- Required 3DsMax, V-ray, Illustrator skills are advantage
- Required good communication, interpersonal skills and time management abilities
- Advantage for Smart working ? able to manage design process within allotted project schedule
- Advantage for Hospitality and restaurant projects experience
- Required good written and spoken English
- Advantage for Systematic handling of multiple projects.

- Work with project teams to develop design solutions for delegated development projects.
- Develop design concepts, final presentation, tender drawings and construction drawing for Pre-opening projects.
- Develop expertise to lead and control the design project.
- Develop and implement Kokotel?s brand standpoint to match target segment and site-specific cultures and conditions.
- Carry out design development and detailed construction drawings.
- Coordination with material suppliers and contractors for professional design documents.
- Providing design feedback and improvement for Post-opening properties.
